About   the   Club

Pepper - Photo by S. Broderick

We raise money to promote feline research and support local rescue groups. And we invite you to join us.

Come to one of our events . . . enter your cat in the Household Cat Competition . . . or meet us for dinner on the 4th Tuesday of every month (except August and December.)

Read about how you can help make life better for cats.

You don't even need to own a cat to get involved! This is a club for anyone who appreciates these amazing creatures.

Helping Feral Cats

We made a sizable donation to a local rescue that helps feral cats. The photo above shows some of the cat houses that they made with our donation.

We support ALL cats.

Expo   News

2016 is the Year of the Tonkinese

This will be the 80th year for Garden State Cat Club and the Tonkinese Breed Association is helping us to celebrate.

We will have about a dozen rescue groups and hundreds of purebred cats. There will be plenty of shopping with many cat-themed items.

New this year: Steve Nyman, famous characture artist.

Our two-day Show/Expo is the largest in New Jersey and one of the largest in the country. There is SO much to see and do. Go to the Expo home page to read more.
